The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and confident presenter who can facilitate training both in person and virtually. You will bring excellent organizational skills, strong follow-through, and experience using learning technologies, including e-learning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and online assessment platforms.

In addition to training responsibilities, this position provides HR administrative support, reception coverage, and coordination support for HR Social Committee initiatives and employee engagement activities.

What You’ll Do

- Facilitate and support in-person and virtual instructor-led training sessions for employees and leaders across functions, shifts, and locations.
- Develop and maintain engaging presentations, training materials, job aids, assessments, and digital learning content.
- Use Articulate 360 (Rise and/or Storyline) or similar e-learning authoring tools to develop and maintain online learning content.
- Administer and support LMS platforms, online assessment and testing systems, HR systems, and other technologies used to deliver, track, and evaluate training.
- Create, administer, and maintain online assessments, quizzes, exams, and training evaluations using platforms such as FlexiQuiz.
- Maintain accurate employee training records, certifications, recertifications, and learning histories.
- Monitor training completion and proactively follow up with employees and leaders on outstanding requirements.
- Coordinate Train-the-Trainer activities and maintain trainer qualification and certification records.
- Partner with Human Resources, Operations, Engineering, and other functional teams to identify training needs and coordinate appropriate learning solutions.
- Collaborate with U.S. and Corporate Talent and Learning & Development teams on enterprise training programs, systems, processes, and initiatives.
- Support the Operator Advancement Program (OAP) and other employee development initiatives.
- Support the development, maintenance, and communication of training-related SOPs, processes, and compliance updates.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready training documentation; prepare reports and summarize training and evaluation results.
- Identify opportunities to improve training processes, systems, content, and the employee learning experience.
- Provide HR administrative support, including maintaining records, preparing documents, supporting employee communications, and coordinating HR activities.
- Provide daily reception coverage for approximately 30 minutes to one hour, with additional coverage as needed.
- Support the HR Social Committee in planning and coordinating employee events, recognition activities, and engagement initiatives, including communications, logistics, and administrative follow-up.
- Occasionally adjust working hours to support afternoon- and night-shift training requirements.
- Perform other related training coordination and HR administrative duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in training coordination, Learning & Development, corporate training, LMS administration, or a related role.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with demonstrated ability to deliver engaging training both in person and virtually.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with employees, leaders, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Experience developing professional training presentations, learning materials, job aids, assessments, and/or e-learning content.
- Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and/or Storyline) or similar e-learning authoring tools is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and online assessment or testing platforms.
- Experience with Workday or other HR systems is an asset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams or similar platforms to facilitate virtual learning.
- Strong systems aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and effectively use new technologies.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records while handling confidential information appropriately.
- Proactive, resourceful, and dependable, with strong follow-through and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A professional, service-oriented approach to supporting employees, visitors, and HR activities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapting to changing operational priorities.
- Flexibility to occasionally adjust working hours to support training across shifts.

What Will Make You Successful

You take ownership and ensure training is well organized, clearly communicated, effectively delivered, accurately documented, and followed through to completion.

You are comfortable presenting to a group, facilitating online training, developing learning content, administering assessments, and working within training systems.
