A Detailer is responsible for preparing open web steel joist and steel deck drawings using Tekla based detailing software. Detailers must be able to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements. Detailers must coordinate information between Vulcraft and customers to create field use drawings and bill of materials for correct product design and manufacture.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- AAS Degree in Computer Aided Drafting/Design Technology or experience in a related field
- AutoCAD, Tekla and/or 3D BIM modeling experience
- Desire to pursue future advancements within company and/or at other Nucor locations
