Why This Job

Join our team as a Sr. Marketing Manager and play a key role in shaping marketing strategy, leading integrated demand generation campaigns, and driving measurable business impact. In this role, you will report to the Director of Marketing, Tensar and partner closely with business, commercial, and sales stakeholders to translate market priorities into compelling programs that build awareness, generate qualified leads, support pipeline growth, and strengthen customer engagement.

What You'll Do

- Partner with the Director of Marketing and business leaders to develop annual marketing plans that align with commercial priorities and growth goals
- Own the development and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns that support awareness, lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement
- Translate business objectives, customer insights, and technical product value into compelling campaign messaging, audience strategies, and content plans
- Partner closely with Sales to understand field needs, prioritize marketing support based on business impact, align campaign strategy, improve lead follow-up, and support sales enablement needs
- Lead B2B campaign strategy and execution from planning through launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis
- Define campaign KPIs, monitor performance dashboards, report results, and recommend optimizations based on data, customer engagement, and business impact
- Manage campaign budgets with a focus on smart investment, strong stewardship, and measurable return
- Lead cross-functional workstreams and manage internal agency/digital support, external vendors, and agency partners to ensure clear direction and high-quality work that supports business and campaign goals
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, workflows, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency, accountability, and marketing effectiveness
- Leverage project management tools, such as Monday.com or similar platforms, to keep campaigns on track and deliver high-quality work on time

What You'll Need

- 10+ years of experience in Business-to-Business marketing, with demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns or demand generation programs
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels; drive decisions and alignment across business and technical teams
- Ability to assess and prioritize sales and business needs, balancing urgency, strategic value, resource availability, and potential impact
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage competing priorities, and move work forward in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience using campaign performance data, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting insights to optimize marketing programs and communicate results
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to evaluate processes, recommend improvements, and implement practical changes that improve team efficiency and campaign outcomes
- Experience translating customer needs, market insights, and product value into effective messaging, content, and multi-channel campaign strategies
- Knowledge of Monday.com or other similar project management tools
- Experience with Salesforce/Pardot/Marketing Cloud a plus
- Experience managing agency partners, vendors, freelancers, or external creative resources, including scopes, timelines, deliverables, and feedback processes

Your Education

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related experience required
