YOUR MISSION:
Maintain the building by performing a variety of tasks, from ensuring the proper functioning of the electrics/heating, to working on the property in any landscaping capacities.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Perform a variety of tasks to maintain the building, ensuring the proper functioning of electrical systems, heating, and landscaping.
- Support team members by executing a range of facilities management activities.
- Conduct complex tests to verify specifications and reject nonconforming materials or articles.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and perform preventive maintenance routines.
- Execute routine technical troubleshooting tasks, including basic diagnostics and simple problem-solving related to equipment and experiments.
- Complete comprehensive clean-up assignments using established systems and protocols.
- Adhere to the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks, safeguarding the environment and the well-being of self and others.
- Conduct complex analyses, quality tests, and inspections requiring a high level of independent judgment.
- Organize work schedules to ensure task completion, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct relevant to the role, ensuring compliance with mandatory procedures.
- Enhance process or technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
- Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education required.
- Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
- Limited managerial experience.
