Position Summary

Duncan Family Farms is seeking a dependable and hardworking Technician 2 – Restroom Sanitation to support our farm operations and food safety program.

This position is responsible for servicing, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining portable restrooms located throughout the farm. The Technician will also ensure restroom stations remain properly stocked with water, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and other necessary supplies.

Because proper sanitation is an important part of maintaining a safe agricultural operation, this position plays a key role in supporting Duncan Family Farms' food safety standards.

What You'll Do

- Clean and sanitize portable restrooms throughout the farm, including wiping and disinfecting surfaces and properly disposing of waste.
- Restock restroom and handwashing stations with water, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and necessary supplies.
- Inspect portable restrooms to ensure they are clean, functional, and ready for use.
- Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance on restroom units as needed.
- Identify and report restroom units requiring additional repair or service.
- Operate a company vehicle to travel throughout farm locations and service assigned restroom stations.
- Complete daily inspections of the assigned company vehicle and equipment.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and vehicle repairs with the Equipment Maintenance Department when necessary.
- Follow all company safety, sanitation, food safety, and employee policies.
- Complete additional duties as assigned based on operational needs.

What We're Looking For

- Must be 18 years of age or older .
- Must have a valid driver's license .
- Minimum of 3 months of agricultural work experience .
- Dependable and able to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ability to follow food safety and company procedures.
- Comfortable performing hands-on sanitation work, including cleaning portable restrooms and handling restroom waste.

Physical & Work Requirements

This is an active, outdoor agricultural position. Candidates must be able to:

- Stand, walk, drive, and sit for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds .
- Perform repetitive cleaning and sanitation duties.
- Work outdoors in varying and sometimes severe weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold .
- Safely perform duties around active farm operations and equipment.
