About this role

In this specialized RN Clinical Nurse III role, you will provide expert care, education, and support for pediatric patients receiving enteral and parenteral nutrition across UCLA Health. You will serve as a clinical resource for patients, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams, helping advance consistent, evidence-based nutrition care throughout the health system.

Working across Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center, pediatric clinic settings, and other UCLA Health locations as needed, you will have the opportunity to make an impact across the continuum of care. In addition to direct patient care and education, you will contribute to nursing practice, quality improvement, collaboration, leadership, and professional development in support of excellent outcomes for our pediatric patients.

Salary: $70.59 - $106.80 Hourly

We’re seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with:

- Current valid California RN license, required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN or MSN degree, required.
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
- Three years of direct RN-based patient care in a Pediatric setting required.
- Official Transcripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire.
- Skill in implementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis.
- Ability to perform historical, physical and behavioral patient assessments.
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plan actively involving patients, family, and staff.
