Come join us! We're hiring a Program Manager Intern, Games for All (Master's Level) to join EA's Games for All team.

At EA, we believe games should welcome everyone. Our Games for All team partners with game developers to create authentic characters, worlds, and stories that resonate with players everywhere. As Program Manager Intern you will contribute to projects that ensure our games reflect our global community. You will engage directly with development teams, supporting them through the game development lifecycle with advice, resources, and best practices. You'll help shape inclusive narratives, support impactful programs and authentic representation across EA's portfolio. You will work a hybrid work model defined as three days in office, and will report to the Director of Games for All.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to expanding our Inclusive Design Knowledge Base with guidance, templates and training materials.
- Support the team with project management related tasks, for example in Asana and Google Drive
- Contribute to guidance on cultural sensitivities and geopolitical context through reviews of text and visual content.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide insights and guidance on specific game related content.
- Track metrics and analyze inclusive design project documentation and consolidate insights to inform future work.

What you bring to the team/Minimum Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in an accredited Master’s program in interactive entertainment, political science, media, technology, product development, or a related field, with an expected graduation date no earlier than Dec 2027.
- Knowledge in cultural analysis, authentic media representation, or inclusive design.
- More in-depth knowledge about one or more specific cultures, regions, or dimensions of representation is welcomed, for example about cultures and histories of East Asia or the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions.
- Ability to identify friction points and underserved player needs within game content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
