The Warehouse Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse and the loading and unloading of products from trailers and other transport vehicles. This role utilizes a forklift, reach truck, order picker, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment as required to support receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. The Warehouse Forklift Operator is responsible for accurately picking, verifying, and transporting products, maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with established safety, quality, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment while supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work Monday-Friday 1:00PM - 9:30 PM and will be paid weekly at 20.00 per hour.
## How you create impact

• Use material handling equipment (MHE) to load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.

• Move, store, and transport materials throughout the warehouse using designated material handling equipment.

• Pick, verify, and pack customer orders according to operational procedures and accuracy standards.

• Load products into trailers and other distribution vehicles while ensuring shipment accuracy and proper handling.

• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections of material handling equipment and report any safety or maintenance concerns.

• Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards while meeting productivity goals.

## What we would like you to bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience required in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or 3PL environment.

• Experience loading and unloading trailers, moving materials, and picking orders using material handling equipment.

• Basic computer and math skills with the ability to accurately verify product counts, complete warehouse transactions, and follow work instructions.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform equipment inspections, verify order accuracy, and maintain productivity standards.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and safely work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while following all safety procedures.
