The EHS Manager partners closely with business and operational stakeholders, including regional leadership, to reduce risk, strengthen regulatory compliance, and foster sustainable safety performance.

- Ensure investigations identify underlying causes and organizational contributors and result in effective corrective and preventive actions. *Monitor safety and compliance performance, identify trends, and develop targeted risk-reduction strategies.
- Support compliance with applicable OSHA, Cal/OSHA, DOT, EPA, state and local environmental requirements, and Airgas policies and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance related to industrial gas operations, material handling, powered industrial trucks, cylinder handling, driver safety, hazardous materials, emergency preparedness, and other operational risks.
