Job Description
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of workplace and capital projects from planning through execution and final handover.
- Define project scope, governance, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and delivery plans.
- Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates, reporting, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees.
Live Environment Delivery
- Manage construction and fit-out activities within occupied office environments.
- Develop and execute swing space, decanting, and phased migration strategies.
- Coordinate construction activities to minimise disruption to business operations.
- Plan and manage after-hours, weekend, and critical shutdown works where required.
- Support workplace transition and occupancy planning activities.
Trading Floor & Critical Facilities Projects
- Lead the delivery of trading floor fit-outs, expansions, consolidations, and technology upgrades.
- Manage projects involving mission-critical infrastructure.
- Coordinate commissioning, testing, cutover, and migration activities.
- Develop contingency plans and operational readiness programmes to maintain business continuity.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with senior business leaders to define project objectives and requirements.
- Build strong relationships with Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Technology, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Manage multiple stakeholder groups and drive alignment throughout project delivery.
- Lead governance meetings, project reviews, and decision-making forums.
Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, workplace safety requirements, and internal governance standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Manage change control processes and project approvals.
- Ensure appropriate testing, commissioning, and handover documentation is completed.
Commercial Management
- Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
- Lead procurement and tendering activities.
- Administer contracts and manage commercial risks.
- Evaluate variations, claims, and change requests.
- Drive cost optimisation and value engineering initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Building, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, MRICS, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience delivering corporate workplace or commercial fit-out projects.
- Proven experience managing projects within financial services, banking, capital markets, or similarly regulated environments.
- Strong track record delivering projects in occupied, business-critical environments.

- Experience working with senior executive stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Technical Knowledge
- Workplace fit-out delivery and workplace transformation programmes.

- MEP systems and infrastructure.
- Critical facilities and high-availability environments.
- Business continuity and operational resilience planning.
- Commissioning, migration, and operational readiness.
- Contract administration and procurement management.
