The Opportunity

The Associate Manufacturing Engineer or Associate Quality Engineer serves as a key engineering resource supporting manufacturing operations. This role collaborates closely with Supervisors, Engineers, and Operators to drive continuous improvement initiatives, resolve technical challenges, and support operational excellence. The incumbent is responsible for contributing to quality, safety, compliance, productivity, and process performance objectives while acting as an engineering representative within the manufacturing environment. The role may also include sustaining engineering responsibilities to support the long-term effectiveness of manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Basic knowledge of applicable US and non-US applicable regulations. Knowledge and proficiency in the application and principles of Manufacturing/Process Engineering.
- Ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally to assist with resolving Quality/Engineering issues.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Knowledge of common office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Desirable: Basic Statistics Knowledge

The base pay for this position is
$13.18 – $25.02/hour
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
