Infant Educator
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Infant Educator to nurture and support the development of infants aged 2 to 18 months. You will create a warm, safe, and responsive environment that promotes infants' well-being, learning, and development while building strong partnerships with families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and responsive caregiving for infants.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Support infants' physical, social, emotional, language, and cognitive development.
- Observe, document, and assess infants' developmental progress.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with parents and families.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality infant care.
- Uphold the centre's values and professional standards.
Requirements
- ECDA-recognised qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education.
- Certified by ECDA as an Infant Educator.
- Strong passion for caring for infants and supporting families.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a nurturing and patient disposition.
