About the Role:

- Manage and maintain work orders, service records, and maintenance data within Maintegra and FIMS systems, ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance.
- Prepare, process, and track ad hoc quotations, coordinating with operations teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely submission and approval.
- Handle ESS billing administration, including verification of completed works, billing submissions, invoice processing, and resolving billing-related issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and escalations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution and service recovery.
- Provide operational and administrative support through documentation management, reporting, audit coordination, meeting support, and other duties assigned by management.

About You:

- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Property Management, or Engineering Services.
- Experience in handling billing, quotations, customer service, and operational administration.
- Knowledge of Maintegra, FIMS, ESS, or similar CMMS/FM systems will be an advantage.
