A rapidly growing, multi-state consumer services company is looking for an experienced, hands-on COO to help lead our next stage of growth.

Success means creating an organization where people understand the priorities, own their results and have the tools and processes to deliver.

Transaction Experience Matters

What We're Looking For

- Significant COO or senior operating leadership experience in a high-growth, multi-location or multi-state service business
- A track record of scaling operations while maintaining performance in the existing business
- Experience building teams, management structure and operating infrastructure through rapid growth

- Practical experience using EOS to drive accountability and execution

- Deep familiarity with transaction preparation, management presentations, due diligence and closing
- Experience working directly with founders, executives, investors and transaction advisors
- Ability to communicate a vision, create alignment and rally teams through change
