Travelwings is a global travel company providing flights, holidays, and travel-related services across multiple international markets.We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Holiday Products to join our Gurgaon team and take ownership of developing, launching, and managing holiday products across our international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in travel product management, supplier coordination, itinerary designing, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Promotions & Reporting:
- Collaborate with tourism boards to develop and promote holiday packages.
- Prepare detailed reports and manage payment follow-ups for promotional activities.
- Supplier Management:
- Handle supplier management and conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and high-quality service.
- Product Design & Strategy:
- Design long-haul itineraries and holiday packages for the website, targeting markets such as UAE, Nigeria, Ghana, Morocco, and South Africa.
- Drive product strategy by performing data analysis, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.
- Team Training & Development:
- Organize and lead training sessions for the team to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Package Launch & Operational Coordination:
- Launch Fixed Departure packages and manage their end-to-end operations.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of holiday products.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations across all branches to provide timely support and resolve any passenger issues during their travels.
- Technology & Process Improvement:
- Test new software and upcoming tools, providing feedback to the IT team to enhance product functionality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in Travel and Tourism is preferred.
- Proven 3-6 years experience in product management within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive product strategy through data-driven insights.
- Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated success in designing and launching travel products, including long-haul itineraries.
- Experience organizing and delivering training sessions to team members.
- Familiarity with testing software and IT tools relevant to product management.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
