Buildesk is a real estate software company based in Noida that helps real estate professionals streamline daily operations through tailored CRM and ERP solutions. With more than 400 clients and partnerships with leading Indian real estate developers, Buildesk supports sales acceleration, pipeline management, customer engagement, and accurate payment tracking.

Responsibilities

- Assist with CRM and ERP implementation, configuration, and workflow customization based on client requirements.
- Help troubleshoot basic technical and customer-related queries and maintain clear records of issues and resolutions.
- Participate in client training, product demonstrations, requirement discussions, and feedback collection.
- Coordinate with Sales, Onboarding, Implementation, and internal teams to support smooth customer transitions.
- Monitor customer engagement, identify potential churn risks, and assist with relevant upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research, analyze sales and customer data, and prepare introductory reports or MIS.
- Follow up with clients promptly and support positive, long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates seeking an internship opportunity are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM and ERP systems, customer success, business development, or technology solutions.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving ability, with working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn software and processes quickly, collaborate effectively, and maintain a positive, customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of sales or project management is an advantage.

This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Noida for 6 months. The monthly stipend is ₹7,000–₹10,000, based on performance. Strong performers may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
