Job Description:

Responsibilities

- Support the administration of the firm's compensation programs, including annual and mid-year compensation review processes.
- Maintain compensation, job, and organizational data within HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in compensation surveys, conduct market pricing and compensation analyses, and evaluate internal and external compensation trends.
- Assist with job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and the maintenance of salary structures and job classifications.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide compensation reporting, market data, and analytical support.
- Support pay transparency, pay equity, and regulatory compliance initiatives through reporting, audits, and documentation.
- Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business and Total Rewards decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, documentation, and data quality.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of compensation and rewards principles and analytics required.
- Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation Module preferred.
- Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional presence with the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%.
