Your Contribution
As a Machining Engineer, you will support machining process improvement and manufacturing efficiency to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Develop and improve CNC machining processes, cutting tools, and fixtures.
- Monitor and improve productivity, OEE, cycle time, and process capability.
- Troubleshoot process and quality issues using root cause analysis.
- Support new product launches, engineering changes, and process validation.
- Drive continuous improvement projects related to quality, cost, and productivity.
- Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and suppliers to optimize manufacturing performance.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in automotive machining.
- Knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing drawing interpretation.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, SPC, FMEA, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Good command of Thai and English.
- Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Engine Components (Thailand) Ltd., Bangchan Industrial Estate, Bangkok.
