Job Description
You'll be working in a team, supporting our chapters and pods to take our platform to the cloud. We are a team of dedicated professionals who are looking to build out our next generation platform to solve complex enterprise-wide problems and the data store in cloud is a key enabler in our cloud journey.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
Azure, Databricks, Key vault, SPN, Azure CLI, Data Lake
Optional Skills (Good to have)
Agile, PLSQL
Responsibilities
- Development of big data technologies like Azure Databricks.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Spark (batch and streaming).
- Automate workflows using Databricks Jobs, Workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Learn and develop new technical skills as we look to adopt the best-in-class solutions
- Seek long term cloud cos efficiencies

Primary Skills
- More than 10+ years of experience in Cloud technologies (Azure).
- Experience in Azure pipelines / ADF (Azure Data Factory).
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering with at least 3+ year in Databricks optimization
- Experience with cluster sizing, caching strategies, and query optimization in Databricks
- Scripting in TSQL coding, Python, etc.
- Experience in Linux / Shell Programming
Secondary skills
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or related field (computer science, mathematics, etc.) focusing on data engineering.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders.
- Comfortable with 3 days/ week working from Office (WFO).
