Job Summary
Manage and monitor the SCM Supply Chain functions across BU in Inventory operations to ensure inventory is accuracy, updated and aligned with all systems that are interfaced and replicating --- in physical and in the systems.
General Responsibilities
- Manage the schedules and the conduct of Wall to Wall counts and Daily Cycle counts according to SOP and to GRC guidelines
- Oversee that all SAP encoders are performing transactions in compliance with to policies and procedures including month end / year end closing clean ups and reports.
- Conduct daily stock investigations including stock adjustments, stock variance queries; report any issues arising
- Ensuring all applicable SKU’s have appropriate bar codes / EANs to integrate into digitalization of Inventory Management.
- Collaborate with IT Team on any SAP inventory module modifications and interface projects with other systems
- Collaborate with all BU’s on the enrollment of new SKU;s into the SAP Material Master and review the necessary information if complete and accurate
- Engagement to all client on the start up and pertaining to Inventory Management concern.
- Suggest any possible improvements or process enhancements within the area of responsibility
- Build and maintain good relationships with internal team on inventory operations across all MES BU’s of Supply Chain Management.
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of inventory planning methodologies and systems
- Demonstrate basic understanding of distribution centers, distribution and transport
- Proven experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management systems and logistics operations
- Demonstrate working knowledge of SAP
- Proven experience in the consumer goods, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries
- Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken Demonstrate working understanding of supply chain management
- Demonstrate knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (ideally SAP)
- Demonstrate knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures
Background and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain Management or any related course
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a managerial capacity
- Basic MS Excel; Advance in an advantage.
- Experience in handling Warehouse Management System
