Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Control Specialist to join our Finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, with a matrix reporting line to the Regional Credit Control Manager, the role is responsible for overseeing premium receivables, driving efficient collection processes, and supporting the company's cash flow and working capital objectives.
The successful candidate will act as a key business partner across Finance, Operations, Regional Finance, the Credit Control service provider, business leaders, brokers, partners, and reinsurers, driving timely premium collections, resolving account-related issues, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to support the company's cash flow and working capital objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Premium Collection Management: Support the Genpact Team on the posting and reconciliation of premium receivable collections using the iRec and PSAR systems to ensure timely collection and accurate financial reporting, including timely investigation and clean-up of unallocated cash.
Collections Monitoring and Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on collections with Brokers, Agents, Direct Accounts, and Business Partners to secure timely payment, resolve discrepancies, and improve collection performance.
Client, Broker, Partner, and Reinsurer Coordination: Maintain regular communication and working relationships with clients, brokers, business partners, and reinsurers. Participate in recurring meetings, including weekly discussions with key partners such as Marsh and Mercer, to address collection, operational, and reconciliation matters.
Escalation Management: Handle and coordinate internal and external escalations involving Finance, Operations, business units, brokers, partners, and reinsurers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective stakeholder communication.
Cash Forecasting: Prepare and monitor weekly cash inflow forecasts to support cash forecasting requirements.
Collection Meetings: Conduct regular collection review meetings with Philippine business heads and other stakeholders to discuss outstanding balances, collection strategies, and aging performance.
Regulatory and Management Reporting: Prepare receivables reports for submission to the Regional Office, Insurance Commission, and local management, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and internal deadlines.
Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary Finance contact for annual audits by external auditors, Insurance Commission auditors, and tax authorities, coordinating requests and ensuring timely submission of required documentation.

- Collection Receipt Processing
- Statement of Account Preparation
- Reinsurance Reporting and Reconciliation
Ad Hoc Support and Process Improvement: Support the CFO with special projects, process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years experience in credit control, collections, or a finance-related role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in software, AI and Microsoft excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
