Responsibilities:

Job Summary**

The Officer, Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS) will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of RGE Pte Ltd's Quality Assurance Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and continuous improvement of quality processes.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist in the development, documentation, and review of QAMS policies, procedures, and work instructions.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of the QAMS across various departments and operations.
* Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess QAMS effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Assist in the investigation of non-conformities, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Monitor and track key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review.
* Support QAMS training initiatives for employees to ensure understanding and adherence to quality standards.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date QAMS documentation and records.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality principles into daily operations.
* Stay updated on relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality management.
* Support external audits and certifications related to the QAMS (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP+, etc)

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related scientific discipline.
* 1-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality management role, preferably within a manufacturing or process-oriented industry.
* Familiarity with international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar).
* Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, FMEA).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Internal auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus.
