About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented and inspiring National Sales Manager to lead our sales organization in Türkiye.
This role will be responsible for driving sales performance across the full product portfolio, leading Regional Managers, and ensuring excellence in field execution.
The National Sales Manager will play a key role in translating business strategies into effective field execution and commercial success through strong leadership, data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and a forward-looking approach to digital and AI-enabled opportunities.
Job Description
Sales Leadership & Business Performance
- Lead sales performance across the full product portfolio and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Contribute to the execution of sales strategies and business plans across the sales organization.
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive trends and field insights.
- Represent the sales organization within the Leadership Team and support business decision-making.
Sales Forecasting & Performance Management
- Support forecasting and performance management processes in collaboration with BEX and relevant functions.
- Provide field insights and commercial input to enhance forecast accuracy.
- Analyze sales performance, identify deviations and support corrective actions.
- Support effective management of sales targets, KPIs and incentive systems.
- Review IQVIA, sales performance and incentive results and ensure appropriate validation.
Field Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop Regional Managers and ensure aligned execution across the organization.
- Maintain strong field engagement and translate field insights into actions that improve execution and business performance.
- Drive field force effectiveness and consistent execution of sales priorities.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback and development initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical, Training, BEX and other relevant functions.
- Ensure effective field implementation of business strategies and priorities.
- Act as a bridge between field realities and business priorities by sharing market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with BEX to review sales performance, field force effectiveness, CRM utilization and KPIs.
Digital & Omnichannel Excellence
- Promote effective use of CRM, Lynx and other digital sales tools.
- Support omnichannel integration across field activities and customer engagement.
- Leverage AI-enabled capabilities, sales analytics and digital insights to enhance sales effectiveness, field productivity and decision-making.
- Collaborate on digital adoption, omnichannel enablement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Budget & Resource Management
- Oversee effective planning and utilization of sales-related budgets, product activity investments and resources.
- Drive efficient resource allocation and maximize return on investment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
People & Organization Management
- Drive recruitment, talent development, succession planning, engagement and career development initiatives.
- Drive effective performance management processes across the sales organization.
- Partner with People & Culture on compensation, reward and organizational development initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture and continuous employee development.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including significant experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record in sales leadership and people management .
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking capability.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital tools and omnichannel engagement approaches.
- Fluency in English.
