What You'll Do
You solve problems before anyone even knows there is one! As a dynamic, motivated Middle East Business Operations Junior Specialist - Case Team Support in this 6 -m onth temporary role , you'll support several Project Leaders, Principals, or other senior consulting staff largely independently. You'll organize and take responsibility for scheduling, prioritize effectively and proactively, coordinate processes and people, and ensure that consultants have exactly what they need to optimally fulfill our clients' needs. You'll book (and rebook) travel, schedule (and reschedule) meetings, keep track of timing and expenses, and support consulting teams in their daily work — keeping up with a fast pace throughout.
CTSs actively participate in office life, are flexible and willing to help fellow team members, and collaborate across functions. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a 'can-do' attitude are essential, above all, a passion for doing it well.

Key Responsibilities
- Representing BCG with client counterparts for admin topics (e.g., collecting documents, supporting administrative processes)
- Preparing and managing end-to-end security clearances processes
- Assisting with admin tasks e.g., printing, managing calendar
- Diary management and scheduling of client and internal meetings.
- Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Building solid working relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinating meeting-room reservations and logistics.
- Preparing expense reports and tracking costs.
- Providing back-up support for other CTSs, Reception, and Executive Assistants.
- Delivering training to new hires on specific topics.
- Producing high-quality PowerPoint documents to firm and client standards within deadlines (drafting, proofreading, formatting).
- Managing translation back-log with translators, and occasionally assisting with direct translation
- Attending team meetings as necessary; ad hoc duties as needed.
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent commercial/office-management training, with 1-2 years of experience in public relations, secretarial, administrative, or assistant duties.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), especially PowerPoint, and keen to learn digital teaming tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack).
- Experience in agenda and travel management is an asset.
- Highly responsive, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational skills to manage behind-the-scenes work while providing creative solutions and high-level client service.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, a creative thinker interested in the bigger picture.
