Job Description

Responsibilities

- End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Manage multiple D365 programs, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction. Serve as the single point of accountability for the client.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders (CFO, CIO, COO). Handle escalations and lead strategic discussions.
- Delivery Governance: Oversee project managers, solution architects, and functional leads. Ensure risks are managed, projects remain on track, and best practices are followed.
- Commercial & Financial Ownership: Manage project budgets, profitability, billing, and revenue forecasting. Drive commercial success of the engagement.
- Pre-Sales & Business Growth: Support proposals, RFP responses, and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Team Leadership: Lead large teams including PMs, architects, and consultants. Ensure resource planning, team performance, and delivery excellence.
- Strategic Alignment: Align D365 solutions with client business goals, providing transformation roadmaps and digital strategy inputs.
- D365 Expertise: Strong understanding of D365 F&O and/or CE modules, including architecture and functional scope.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure.
- Business & Commercial Acumen: Experience in budget management, revenue forecasting, and contract governance.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional CXO-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills..

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
100,000 to 125,000 USD
