About this role
Responsibilities:
- Identify client business challenges and lead the proposal and design organization structure and role & responsibility for governance.
- Manage overall project progress and quality, taking responsibility for the following tasks:
- Define business strategy and company organization
- Define corporate governance process
- Define KGI/KPI monitoring process
- Oversee the implementation of organization transformation in client and define transition plan.
- Lead and mentor the team members, encouraging continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
- Expand retain industry client project through pre-sales activity.
Qualifications
- Lead organization, KGI & KPI and governance process definition for retail industry.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure project progress and quality align with client expectations and business objectives.
- Participate in pre-sales activities as needed to contribute to new business acquisition.
- Foster a culture of learning and skill development within the team to drive continuous growth.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
