Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee distribution channels and partner relationships across assigned portfolio
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to drive business growth and market penetration
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and market gaps within the distribution network
- Coordinate with internal teams including operations, compliance, and product teams
- Conduct regular reviews of partner performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and DBS policies across all distribution activities
- Prepare reports and presentations on distribution performance and strategic recommendations
- Support product launches and promotional initiatives through distribution channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution management, channel management, or related roles
- Proven track record in developing and managing distribution networks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Knowledge of banking, financial services, or related industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to travel as required for business needs
