Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive ERP Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives within our Material Services division. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business processes and IT solutions, leading multifunctional and interdisciplinary teams to implement and optimize ERP-related projects. You will be responsible for ensuring project quality, managing customer contract requirements, and streamlining logistics processes through technological integration.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards. Responsible for the ERP Roadmap Functional Design for Services.
- Represent Services in the Landscape Change Boards If needed
- Focal point in Services for visibility about the project strategy, objectives and planning.
- Coordination with other MFT Lead to ensure the coverage of Services need in their respective workstreams.
- Team Coordination: Orchestrate and motivate multifunctional and interdisciplinary teams (IT, Logistics, Operations, and Finance) to achieve project milestones.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and comprehend complex logistics and material services processes to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, delivering clear and impactful presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- ERP Integration: Oversee the implementation and improvement of ERP functionalities, ensuring seamless interaction between different functional modules.
- Contract & Service Management: Ensure all digital solutions align with Material Services internal processes and customer contract management requirements.

- Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects with a strong focus on quality control and methodology.
- Leadership: Exceptional skills in coordinating interdisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholder interests.
- Communication: Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to learn new processes quickly and translate them into actionable project plans.
Technical Knowledge
- Logistics Expertise: Deep understanding of logistic/material processes, specifically focused on Material Services (TASM) and customer contract management.
- Business Intelligence: Comprehensive knowledge of service business processes and organizational structures.
- ERP Mastery: Mandatory high-level knowledge of ERP functionalities, specifically how different functional modules interact within SAP .
- IT Solutions: High-level understanding of Material Services-specific IT solutions and digital ecosystems.
Experience Requirements
- Digital Project Management: Proven track record leading ERP-related digital projects, specifically in a Multifunctional Team (MFT) Lead or Project Manager capacity.
- Domain Expertise: Proven previous professional experience working within Material Services (TASM) environments.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing multifunctional teams in a fast-paced environment.
