Position: Branch Assistant

Salary: Up to £29,000 depending on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week between the hours of 06:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday

Location: Williams, 13-19 Standard Way, Fareham Industrial Park, Fareham. PO16 8XB

Here at Williams , an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we're looking for a Branch Assistant to join our busy and friendly team in Fareham !

This is a fast-paced and varied and active role which includes primarily serving of customers on the trade counter and over the telephone, warehouse duties and on occasion covering deliveries, usually within the local area.

If you also have previous exposure of working within a plumbing and heating merchants , builders' merchants or wholesaler, trade counter, DIY, Hardware, or on the tools in the plumbing and heating trade , we would LOVE to hear from you!

As our Branch Assistant, you'll be:

- Serving on the trade counter and handling incoming enquiries.
- Delivering plumbing and heating products to our trade customers in the local area
- Accurately picking orders in preparation for delivery area.
- Maintaining the warehouse, including stock rotation and general housekeeping.
- Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
- Assisting with the general upkeep of the branch.
- Processing quotes.
