DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will work at the Work Happiness Farm and be responsible for a variety of farming activities, including growing, caring for, and harvesting vegetables, in collaboration with other team members.
In this role, the employee is expected to maintain regular and reliable attendance, follow instructions and agreed work procedures, and carry out assigned tasks safely and carefully. The role also requires good communication and teamwork, with team members supporting one another and working together to complete daily activities.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with plants and being part of a team, takes responsibility for their assigned tasks, and is committed to contributing to a positive and supportive workplace. • Professional certification preferred
