What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Team Leader , you will oversee copolymer warehouse operations, ensure efficient material flow, and coordinate the daily activities of forklift drivers to support safe and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring the timely receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of materials.
- Supervise and organize the activities of forklift drivers, assigning priorities and monitoring performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure safe material handling and compliance with all EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels of copolymer, packaging materials, and reusable assets to support uninterrupted production.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials in accordance with company standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing warehouse processes, material flow, and space utilization.
- Train, coach, and support forklift drivers, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, inventory reports, and operational records.

What You Will Need

- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management,
- Experience coordinating personnel, leading teams, or supervising warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Effective leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- A problem-solving mindset and a continuous improvement approach.
