This role at Enphase requires working onsite   3 days a week , with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced SCM Functional Consultant to join our Enterprise Applications team as a Staff Engineer. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules — Quality Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing — and will act as a senior-level advisor, solution architect, and hands-on implementation/support consultant for our supply chain technology landscape. This role requires a strong blend of functional process knowledge, techno-functional problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills to drive end-to-end SCM transformation initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules — Quality, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing (Discrete/Process)
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions
- Drive solution design workshops (CRP/BBP sessions) and prepare functional design documents (FDS), configuration workbooks, and process flow diagrams
- Configure Oracle Fusion setups including Inspection Plans, Quality Issues/Actions, Purchase Agreements, Approval Hierarchies, Item/Organization setups, Work Definitions, Routings, and Work Orders
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for integrations between SCM modules and adjacent areas (Finance, Order Management, Planning, PLM)
- Lead and mentor junior/mid-level consultants, reviewing their deliverables and ensuring quality standards
- Troubleshoot complex functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend permanent fixes or process improvements
- Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Regression) including test script preparation and defect triage
- Collaborate with technical teams on OTBI/BI Publisher reports, FBDI data loads, Fusion extensions (PCS/VBCS), and REST/SOAP integrations as needed
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and proactively assess impact on existing configurations
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts, solution proposals, and RFP responses when required
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice adoption across SCM processes

Who You Are and What You Bring

- 8+ years of overall SCM functional consulting experience, with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
- Strong functional expertise in at least 3 of the following 4 modules, with working knowledge of all: Oracle Fusion Quality Management (Quality Inspections, Issues, Actions, Quality Plans)
- Oracle Fusion Procurement (Purchasing, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, Self-Service Procurement)
- Oracle Fusion Inventory Management (Org setup, Item Management, Lot/Serial Control, Cycle Counting, Transactions)
- Oracle Fusion Manufacturing (Discrete Manufacturing, Work Definitions, Work Orders)

- Proven experience across at least 2–3 full life-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations (requirement gathering through hypercare /post-go-live support)
- Strong understanding of SCM cross-module integration points (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce)
- Experience with Oracle Fusion tools: FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Application Composer, Page Composer
- Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, OIC) is a plus
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Prior experience mentoring teams or leading functional workstreams independently
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./ B.Tech ) or higher, with a minimum of 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA) consistently throughout academics — 10th, 12th, and Graduation/Post-Graduation
- Must have graduated from an institution featured in the Top 100 NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) rankings at the time of graduation (Overall / Engineering category)
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in Quality, Procurement, Inventory, and/or Manufacturing modules are preferred and will be considered favourably during evaluation
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning (SCP) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing industr y where Quality Management is critical is a plus
