Your mission
- Support strategic collaboration between Huawei and universities
o Insight into local science and technology development and university strategies
o University strategic planning collaboration
o Strategy alignment and execution
- Academic Environment Construction and Management
o Unify Huawei's brand and contact person in universities
o Guide academic development direction
o Develop innovative cooperation mechanisms and models:
o Ensure that cooperation activities comply with laws and regulations:
Your areas of expertise
- Profound knowledge of German Academic Research Mechanism and Enterprise Research & Development Mechanism
- Broad experience of University-Enterprise Cooperation, Familiar with Core Concepts and Key Links of University-Enterprise Cooperation
- Experienced with team management
- Experienced with Interpersonal and high-level social, Experience in handling PR crises
- Knowledge of intellectual property rights and export control laws.
- ·Fluent in written and spoken Chinese & German & English.
