We’re growing internationally, and Poland is one of our most exciting growth markets . We already have 4 schools, with the ambition to open 40+ more in the coming years.

Your mission

Grow Kids&Us in Poland by identifying, attracting and converting the right franchise partners .

This is a B2B business development role : building relationships with entrepreneurs and investors, presenting the Kids&Us franchise opportunity and turning potential partners into long-term franchisees.

What you’ll do

- Identify and develop new B2B franchise opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential franchisees
- Network with entrepreneurs, investors and business communities
- Lead the franchise development process from first contact to signing
- Develop Kids&Us’ presence and network across Poland
- Act as a Kids&Us brand ambassador

What we're looking for

- Experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships or franchise development
- Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset and ability to build relationships from scratch
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and resilient
- Passion for education and purpose-driven projects
- Fluent Polish and English

This is not a real estate expansion role. We’re looking for someone who can build relationships and develop a strong network of franchise partners.
