Define acceptance criteria for packaging components.
- Manage quality returns and non-conformities (internal, logistics or customer): identify root causes and drive corrective and preventive action plans with suppliers (bulk and packaging).
- Negotiate the resolution of technical and quality disputes with suppliers (credit notes, rework, compliance upgrades).
- Monitor the testing process, review batch records and ensure compliance of release certificates.
- Take part in deviation investigations in collaboration with the contract manufacturers' Quality Assurance teams.
- Track quality performance indicators (scrap rate, complaints, packaging compliance).

- Performance & project management:

Implement industrial performance analysis tools to support decision-making.
- Ensure deadlines, costs and quality standards are met.
- Lead the planning and execution of industrialisation projects and cross-functional projects.

- Technology watch: monitor technological, regulatory and industrial developments (processes, eco-packaging) to propose innovative solutions.

Key Results

- Industrial excellence guaranteed in the manufacturing and filling of Typology products.
- Operating procedures mastered, enabling efficient industrial transfer to new contract manufacturers and compliance with the highest quality standards.
