About this role
Manifest Global empowers in building companies that connect the world towards growth, prosperity, and innovation. Our portfolio includes trailblazer brands such as Cialfo , BridgeU , Explore , Kaaiser , EduGo , and Flow AI and which are dedicated to expanding global student mobility by serving their respective stakeholders in the ecosystem.
Our Mission
To create a world where every student, regardless of their ethnicity, nationality, socio-economic status, and learning preference, gets equal access to higher education through our world-class network of portfolio brands; a network that globally connects community stakeholders that provide the finest resources and support material, anywhere in the world and at any time.
What This Role Is
Every year, more students in Gujarat and across India start looking past the usual study destinations. Germany, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Italy all offer serious degrees, often with lower tuition than the countries families default to. But for most families, Europe is still unfamiliar territory. The languages are different, and so are the application systems and visa rules. On top of that, there is a lot of noise online about what is true.
That uncertainty is where marketing either helps or hurts. A student scrolling past an ad at midnight is not buying a product. They are weighing a decision that will shape where they live, what they study, and what their family spends for years. The words they read decide whether Europe feels possible or out of reach. They also decide whether EduGo Abroad feels like a guide worth trusting or just another agency asking for a phone number.
EduGo Abroad has spent more than 15 years helping Indian students study in Europe. It guides them through admissions, visas, and accommodation, and it works with partners and universities across the continent. The brand has earned trust the slow way. This role exists to make sure that trust shows up in every ad, script, post, and campaign the brand puts out, and that the content moves students to act.
You own the words behind EduGo Abroad's marketing: the copy, scripts, and ideas that turn a student's curiosity about Europe into a real conversation with our team.
What Makes This Role Different
Most copywriting roles in this space are volume jobs. You write ads, fill the posting schedule, and repeat. Here, your work sits close to the outcome. You work alongside the Admissions team, who speak to students every day. That means you know which questions come up, which fears stop families, and which messages actually bring students in. Good copy here is judged by whether the right students reach out, not by how clever the headline sounds.
EduGo Abroad is also part of Manifest Global. The group's brands include Cialfo, BridgeU, Kaaiser, and Explore, working with schools, students, and universities across 50+ countries. That gives you something a standalone study-abroad agency cannot offer. You get a wider view of how students make these decisions, marketing peers working on other study corridors, and a brand with room to grow inside a larger mission.
The timing matters. Europe is becoming a serious choice for Indian students, and the brands that explain it clearly and honestly will earn the next wave of them. EduGo Abroad is building its content engine now, and the person in this seat will shape how it sounds.

What Success Looks Like
- The markers below reflect where EduGo Abroad's marketing is today. We'll calibrate the specifics once you're in the seat. These are directional, not fixed.
- In your first three months, you will have learned the audience properly. That means sitting with Admissions, reading real student questions, and understanding why some campaigns land and others do not. You will have shipped live ad copy and scripts, got the content calendar running on a steady rhythm, and formed a clear point of view on what to change.
- By six months, the difference will be visible. Your ads and scripts will be among the strongest performers, the calendar will be planned well ahead of intakes and events, and Design and Admissions will come to you early rather than at the last minute.
- By twelve months, EduGo Abroad will have a recognisable voice that holds across every channel. The team will have a library of tested messages it can build on, and student-facing content will be something the business trusts to do real work.
- The specifics will be calibrated once you're in the role. The direction won't change.
What You Bring
- You have written for brands in a digital setting where your copy was judged by results, not just approval. At the Copywriter level, a couple of years in an agency or in-house team is enough if your portfolio shows range and sharp thinking. At the Senior Copywriter level, you have spent several years owning campaigns end to end, and you can point to work that moved enquiries or conversions.
- You switch registers easily. You can write a six-word headline in the morning, a 90-second explainer script after lunch, and a week of social posts before you leave. You can do all three without the voice drifting. You edit yourself hard, and you know that the clearest version is usually the shortest one.
- You think about what copy is for. A CTA has a job, and so does a hook in the first three seconds of a video. You are curious about what the numbers say, and you use them to write better rather than to defend what you already wrote.
- You are coachable. You take feedback from marketing, design, and admissions without losing your point of view, and you know when to push back. You enjoy working closely with a team in the office and turning other people's knowledge into something an audience actually wants to read.
- You also care about the education context. You understand that the families reading this content are making one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and you would rather earn their trust than chase a cheap click.
- Most importantly, you read the description of what EduGo Abroad is building and your first reaction was "I know how to make Europe feel possible for these students, and I know how to write it so they actually reach out." That's the person this role is for.
Why Manifest
Manifest Global is building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility: connecting students, schools, universities, and employers across 50+ countries. Our portfolio spans Cialfo (AI-powered college counseling, 2,000+ schools), BridgeU (university guidance for international schools globally), Kaaiser (trusted study abroad counseling since 1997 across India and Southeast Asia), and Explore (AI-powered university outreach, 1,000+ university partners). Together, we move talent across borders at scale. $700B flows annually in remittances from migrant workers. 85M workers will be missing from developed economies by 2030. We're building the operating system which changes that. $80M raised. Still early.
For this role specifically, content is where that mission first meets a student. Before anyone speaks to a counsellor, compares universities, or files a visa application, they read something. If that first message is unclear or untrustworthy, the student never reaches the rest of the system. The words you write are the front door to everything EduGo Abroad and Manifest are building for students heading to Europe.
EduGo Abroad is part of Manifest Global: a multi-brand group building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility, operating across 50+ countries.
