We are looking for a Workshop Manager to join our After Sales team in Windhoek.

What's the challenge?

- Manage daily customer communication on vehicles booked.

- Manage workshop service and workflow planning.

- Manage workshop Work In Progress and provide management with reports.

- Manage the Warranty system and handling of Campaigns.

- Maintain alignment with VSA and UDSA via appropriate and consistent communication channels.

- Verify and update VOSP progress.

- Motivate, advise, and supervise all Workshop employees.

- Drive all training initiatives for all Workshop employees.

- Manage and ensure compliance of productivity tracking tools.

- Coordinate the relationships between service and parts departments.

- Monitor the profitability of all resources and manage workshop operational cost.

- Ensure inspections are done on all Workshop fleet and manage monthly cost.

- Contact suppliers for of ordering necessary Workshop products, tools, and equipment.

- Adhere to all technical health and safety regulations and guidelines.

- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.

What do we expect from you?

- At least 5 years of professional experience in similar functions.

- Proven technical knowledge with hands-on experience.

- Grade 12 High School Degree and Level 3 Qualification in Diesel Mechanic or Auto Electrician.

- Good team coordination skills.
