We are looking for a  Senior Engineer  to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Senior Engineer, you will engage in more advanced technology tasks and play a significant role in supporting team technology goals and objectives. With a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving skills, you will be instrumental in improving and optimizing various IT processes and systems. This role provides an excellent platform for honing your skills and contributing meaningfully to your team's success.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues with minimal supervision.
• Install, configure, and maintain advanced hardware and software systems.
• Perform system maintenance, updates, and backups, ensuring data integrity.
• Analyze and optimize system performance for better efficiency.
• Configure and maintain complex network systems.
• Assist with data management and advanced reporting tasks.
• Conduct thorough testing of new software applications and features.
• Create and update comprehensive IT documentation.
• Provide Level 2 support for helpdesk inquiries.
• Lead user training sessions and workshops for new technologies.

Skills:

• Advanced IT Troubleshooting: Proficient in resolving complex technical issues.
• Advanced System Maintenance: Skills in maintaining and optimizing IT systems.
• Network Management: Understanding of complex network configurations and maintenance.
