We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Director, Data Analytics.
In this role, you will:
• Execute various analyses and develop strategies to support business decisions across the customer lifecycle for a particular product or market.
• Complete analysis as required, document results and present findings to stakeholders.
• Manage delivery within agreed timelines and in line with agreed quality standards.
• Drive business benefits through self-initiated projects.
• Learn new domain and technical skills and apply them to solve business problems.
• Use statistical and machine-learning algorithms to solve diverse business challenges and create significant business value.
• Apply knowledge of cloud analytics platforms, such as Amazon Redshift and Microsoft Azure.
To be successful, you will:
• Have 2 to 7 years of hands-on analytics experience, solving complex data and business intelligence problems.
• Have experience using PEGA and NBAD.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with business analysis experience or equivalent.
• Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of data modelling and business intelligence visualisation.
• Be able to interact confidently with senior management and communicate and synthesise information clearly and simply.
• Have experience with scripting and Looker dashboard development.
• Have scripting knowledge in BigQuery or Python.
• Demonstrate strong visualisation, dashboarding and storytelling skills.
• Have advanced Excel knowledge.
• Have experience in the contact centre industry.
• Have knowledge of Confluence and Google Cloud Platform for managing large datasets and designing relational and dimensional data models.
• Python scripting knowledge would be advantageous.
