- Follow up with stakeholders to drive accountability and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support recurring program cadences, meeting preparation, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Help organize project launch plans, readiness reviews, and post-launch follow-up activities.

SharePoint & Documentation Management

- Maintain and update Global GTM Programs SharePoint sites and related internal landing pages.
- Ensure program documentation, presentations, meeting notes, trackers, and enablement assets are current, easy to find, and well organized.

- Create and maintain project repositories, dashboards, and milestone tracking views.

Sales Enablement Tooling & Launch Support

- Support the internal rollout of sales enablement tooling and related launch activities.
- Coordinate content migration, stakeholder readiness, user communications, testing support, and adoption tracking.
- Partner with GTM, Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure launch milestones are met.
- Help maintain enablement content repositories so sellers can quickly access approved GTM assets and guidance.

Internal Communications & Change Management

- Support internal communication landing pages, program announcements, launch updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare meeting materials, status updates, leadership summaries, and follow-up notes.
- Capture decisions, action items, blockers, and next steps from cross-functional meetings.
- Help ensure teams understand what is changing, what actions are required, and when deliverables are due.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Operate effectively across North America and EMEA time zones.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders while keeping workstreams moving quickly.
- Escalate risks, delays, and missing inputs in a timely and professional manner.
- Build trusted working relationships while holding teams accountable to agreed deliverables.

- Experience supporting tool launches, internal communications, or change management activities.
- Exposure to sales, channel, partner, or go-to-market organizations.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across North America and EMEA.

Key Competencies

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to move quickly while maintaining quality
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and changing priorities
- Strong follow-through and accountability mindset
