About the company and project

Marfields Group is developing St. Regis Residences Limassol, a luxury branded development in Cyprus valued at around €400 million. The project covers two buildings with approximately 250 residences and premium offices, and is at its earliest stage, before excavation.

Marfields Group is building its own in-house construction team, and quality control is central to meeting St. Regis standards.

The role

The QA/QC Manager runs quality assurance and quality control across the project, ensuring works meet specifications, ISO standards and St. Regis brand requirements.

- Reports to: Project Director
- Team: starts as a single role, with a QA/QC team to be built as the project grows
- Location: on-site in Limassol, Cyprus

Key responsibilities

- Run the project's QA/QC system: inspection and test plans, checklists, procedures and records.
- Carry out and coordinate inspections of materials and works at every construction stage.
- Identify non-conformities, manage corrective actions and track them to closure.
- Monitor contractor and supplier quality against specifications and ISO requirements.
- Improve quality processes as the project scales, and build the QA/QC team over time.
- Report on quality performance to the Project Director.

Requirements

Essential

- 8+ years in construction QA/QC, including at least 3 years in a QA/QC lead or manager role.
- Hands-on experience running and improving a QA/QC system on residential or commercial construction projects.
- Practical experience with ISO 9001.
- Experience with inspection and test plans, checklists and non-conformity management.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Desirable

- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
- Experience implementing a QA/QC system from scratch.
- Experience on luxury residential or high-end hospitality projects.
