The Online Programme Manager leads the delivery of key digital and online initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. Working across multiple teams and stakeholders, you will drive programme execution, manage risks and dependencies, and help shape the future of Tesco's digital customer experience.

You will be responsible for
Following our Business Code of Conduct and acting with integrity, due diligence and accountability.
Developing and delivering the Online plan to achieve short and long-term performance goals.
Driving value through clear programme governance, prioritisation and decision-making.
Leading key cross-functional initiatives, particularly within the Grocery Home Shopping (GHS) proposition.
Coordinating annual planning, Long Term Plans, scorecards and governance updates with central UK teams.
Delivering strategic projects that support Online business priorities and performance.
Partnering with the Digital Leadership Team and MD to provide visibility of programme progress, risks and opportunities.
You will need
Strong understanding of online business models, customer journeys and commercial drivers.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience delivering cross-functional programmes and business initiatives.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
Strong project management and/or PMO experience within an Online or Retail environment.
Good commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling abilities.
Experience producing high-quality presentations for a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders.
Confidence working in ambiguity and leading initiatives from inception through to delivery.
