Responsibilities:

- Planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling activities related to quality management and management systems.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
- Leading, motivating, training, and evaluating team members' performance.
- Coordinating activities to ensure the effective operation and continual improvement of the management system.
- Planning, conducting, and coordinating internal and external audits, and monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Providing guidance, training, and support to employees in the areas of quality management and management systems.
- Managing customer complaint processes and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Leading projects and driving process improvement initiatives.
- Preparing reports, analyses, technical documentation, work instructions, procedures, and internal regulations.
- Monitoring developments and best practices within the quality profession and ensuring their effective implementation.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities within the scope of professional competence and expertise.

Qualifications:

- Master's (VII.) or Bachelor’s (VI/2) degree in Technical field
- 5 years of experience in Quality Management and Systems Management, preferred in a leadership role.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and related standards
- Knowledge of quality assurance and quality improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Qualification and competence to conduct internal and external audits.
- Project management competence, including planning, coordinating, and leading cross-functional projects.
- Fluency in English and German (min B2).
- Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities with decision making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and influence across functions.
