About this role

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

As Junior Legal Account Manager (JLAM) you work closely with the entire team in order to continuously exceed our client’s expectations. In this position, you are under supervision of the Senior Legal Account Manager, and are responsible for legal, compliance (first line), company secretarial and administrative matters of our fast growing portfolio of client entities. You are expected to continuously develop both personally as well as professionally, and deliver added value to the corporate team, and contribute to the further growth of our office.

Other responsibilities are:

- Assisting with client portfolios of different types of clients in legal good standing in accordance with the local rules and regulations.
- Drafting and reviewing simple legal documents of a general civil and corporate law nature, such as board- and shareholder’s resolutions, power of attorneys, loan agreements and other contracts etc.), handle the administration of various financial documents, arrange, participate and take minutes of board client meetings independently.
- Assist on coordinating the incorporation, maintenance, and/or dissolution of their client companies;
- Assist with onboarding, and is responsible for ongoing compliance reviews and procedures;
- Represent the organisation worldwide, as an effective ambassador.
- Keep track of new legal and fiscal developments and anticipate changes in legislation and translate this into business opportunities.

HOW DO YOU FIT IN THE TEAM?

As a (Junior) Legal Account Manager, you need to manage ad-hoc activities, next to your intensive client contact and daily work. In this position, you need to prioritise what is important, have a hands-on and independent work mentality and be able to deal with stress. You are proactive, know what you are capable of, possess good communication skills and not afraid of asking questions.

Other relevant qualifications for this profile:

- A university Degree in Law (corporate/ company/ fiscal law);
- 1-3 years of experience in the fiduciary/corporate service.
- 1-3 years experience in client management.
- Flexible attitude and stress tolerance.
- Problem solving.
- In quality focused, business-minded, with the ability to deliver excellent service to our clients
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Personal credibility, integrity, and high moral standards.
- To be result-oriented, proactive, responsible, highly meticulous, and detail oriented.
