Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in HR technology and make an impact behind the scenes? To strengthen our HRIS Team, we're looking for a Working Student to support our global HRIS Department. You'll work alongside HRIS experts and managers, contribute to process improvements, support innovative HR technology solutions, and collaborate with colleagues across the business while developing your skills at the intersection of HR and IT.
We are looking for a motivated student to join us onsite in Elsbethen as soon as possible for 20-25h/week to support our team.
Job Description
SUPPORT HR PROCESSES AND TOOLS
You’ll support the maintenance and further development of HR processes and tools within the HRIS landscape. Working closely with experienced team members and stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently.
ASSIST THE HRIS TEAM AS A POINT OF CONTACT
You’ll support the HRIS team in responding to questions related to HR systems and processes. In collaboration with HR and IT colleagues, you’ll help investigate incidents, document requirements, and contribute to finding effective solutions.
CONTRIBUTE TO PROJECTS AND IMPROVEMENTS
You’ll assist with enhancement initiatives, change requests, and ongoing HRIS projects. By supporting project activities, testing, and coordination tasks, you’ll gain valuable insight into how HR technology projects are delivered in a global environment.
MAINTAIN DOCUMENTATION AND SUPPORT USERS
You’ll help create and maintain clear documentation for HRIS tools and processes. Additionally, you’ll support the preparation of training materials, knowledge-sharing sessions, and user guidance to help colleagues get the most from our systems.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR technology, digital processes, and the intersection of HR and IT.
- Initial experience through internships, university projects, or student jobs in HR, IT, data management, or related areas is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HR systems, such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or similar tools, is beneficial but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with colleagues from different teams and functions.
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.221,00 gross per month.
