About this role
The Business Analyst (BA) works alongside the business process leads (BPLs) and IT application development teams; translating business requirements and creating detailed functional specifications; assisting in the design of and supporting the implementation of software applications. The BA will participate in blueprinting and design sessions with business and technical leads to specify the solution at a detailed functional level and to help the BPLs evaluate the proposed technical solution that meets the business requirements.

Technical Skills
- Tools & Platforms: Proficient in Microsoft Azure DevOps and the complete MS Office Suite (Visio, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
- Design Acumen: Advanced understanding of software design principles and system usability standards.
