Description:
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Claims Advisory Senior Executive to join our team. This role will involve providing expert claims advice and support to clients across a range of complex matters, ensuring claims are managed effectively, professionally, and in line with client objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to assess claims, prepare submissions, review coverage positions, and support the delivery of favourable outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong technical claims knowledge, sound judgement, and a client-focused approach.
Key responsibilities
- Provide claims advisory support to clients on complex and high-value matters
- Manage claims through the full lifecycle, from notification to resolution
- Review policy wording, claim documentation, and coverage issues
- Prepare high-quality claims submissions and correspondence
- Liaise with insurers, adjusters, legal representatives, and internal colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all claims are progressed in a timely manner
- Support client relationship management and contribute to service improvement
- Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members where required
Academic requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Qualifications in insurance with qualifications in law would be advantageous
- Professional insurance qualifications, or progress toward them, would be desirable
Work experience required
- Proven experience in claims handling, claims advisory, insurance, or a related professional services environment
- Experience dealing with complex or commercial claims is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
- Experience preparing reports, submissions, or advisory documentation
- Previous exposure to client-facing work in a professional setting would be an advantage
