Meet the Team

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on specialist to join our Geneva Operations Team. This position requires deep expertise in Geneva and fund accounting flows, a strong control mindset and able to work with a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

- Perform daily and monthly cash, position, trade, and P&L reconciliations across all instrument types, including FX, equities, options, OTC derivatives, swaps, and fixed income.
- Independently research, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and breaks, driving them to closure.
- Partner with Business and IT teams across the organization to gather information and solve problems.
- Work with large data sets to identify trends, root causes, and process improvements.
- Ensure timely completion and reporting of all trade and position breaks in line with quality SLAs.
- Maintain and enhance reconciliation processes and controls, using the Gresham recon tool where applicable.

What You Bring:

- Overall experience of 6-9 years, including relevant hedge fund accounting reconciliation experience.
- Hands-on SS&C Geneva experience (must have).
- Strong working knowledge of reconciliation processing across cash, position, trade, and P&L.
- Good understanding of capital markets, hedge funds, and financial instruments. Excellent Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets. SQL skills are a plus.
- Working knowledge of Gresham recon tool is an advantage. Preferably an Accounting, Finance, or Operations background.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work with minimal guidance. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
