- Lead artificial intelligence and data literacy capabilities across multiple business portfolios.
- Provide shared methods, templates, playbooks, measures, and learning resources that improve consistency and reduce duplication.
- Ensure data products have clear ownership, users, service expectations, adoption plans, support routes, and value measures.
- Create visibility of product status, dependencies, risks, usage, adoption, and business outcomes.
- Embed user feedback, testing, incidents, adoption insights, and value measurement into continuous product improvement.
- Build and develop a team with clear accountabilities, shared standards, and strong cross-portfolio collaboration.
- Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- A bachelor’s degree in business, data, analytics, artificial intelligence, information management, technology, life sciences, organisational development, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in data product operations, product management, analytics, digital transformation, or business enablement.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and building new operating capabilities within a complex, collaborative organisation.
- Experience establishing product lifecycle practices, governance routines, service expectations, performance measures, and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of data products, data governance, semantics, analytics, and responsible artificial intelligence practices.
- Experience partnering with business leaders, product leads, business analysts, data teams, and technology teams.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and influencing skills, balancing strategic direction with disciplined delivery and service orientation.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences is preferred.
