Your Role: Hands-On, Impactful, and Fast-Paced

As a Senior Consultant, you will provide hands-on support to project managers across the office, helping them manage project setup, billing, invoicing, and other day-to-day project needs. Working approximately one to two days per week to start , you will use your experience and familiarity with AEC360 to help keep projects organized, accurate, and moving forward.

What You'll Do:

- Provide day-to-day support to project managers across the office

- Assist with project setup, maintenance, and coordination in AEC360

- Help facilitate timely and accurate project billing and invoicing

- Monitor project details and follow up on information needed to keep projects progressing

- Apply your experience and institutional knowledge to help manage the office's overall project workload

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or similar technical field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- A minimum of 15 years of progressive professional experience
